Everyone has heard reports of how frequently Hospital Emergencies are a result of Medication Errors. In our present time where new and powerful medications are being introduced daily, receiving medications as prescribed must be at the top of every Senior's "to-do list".  Responding to this urgent need, Senior Solutions offers two benefits that we think are extremely important.
     First, we will help our Senior Clients,, if they choose, to arrange to have their Prescription Medications provided by a Specialty Pharmacy that provides Medications to Long Term Care Facilities throughout Missouri.  The Pharmacy will deliver the Senior's Medications in easy to use, tear -off packets containing the correct pills for the next time at which medications are prescribed.  The Senior needs only receive the next date/time/dose marked ""pill pack" content.  A photo of an example "packet" is available here. 
     Second, Senior Solutions will utilize a Computer Program to automatically call Clients at each date and time that medication has been prescribed.  The call will be a personalized message reminding Senior Clients to receive their next prescribed medications.  The Control Program will record that the Senior either accepted the call or failed to accept.  The Senior Solutions staff will by video -call follow up on all failed "med reminder" calls.
